Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Test Analyst
with 3-8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in thebanking and financial services domain
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding ofAgile methodologies
, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Design, develop, and executetest cases
,test scripts
, andtest data
for functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Participate actively inAgile ceremonies
(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.). Log, track, and manage defects to closure using tools likeJIRA
or equivalent. Perform end-to-end testing of banking applications such as payments, core banking systems, digital channels, etc. Work closely with automation testers to support test automation initiatives. Ensure adherence totesting standards
,compliance
, andquality assurance practices
. Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ISTQB Certification or equivalent is an advantage. * Experience inAPI testing
