Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished

Test Automation Lead

with extensive experience in

Temenos Transact

and enterprise

banking system automation

. This role will drive the overall automation strategy, framework design, and end-to-end delivery across multiple banking applications to ensure testing efficiency, scalability, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead automation strategy, planning, and delivery across Temenos and other banking platforms. Design and customize automation frameworks for complex banking workflows and regression suites. Oversee requirement analysis, proof-of-concepts (POCs), effort estimation, and delivery planning. Collaborate with onshore/offshore technical and business stakeholders to define automation scope. Develop and maintain automation scripts and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines. Generate test execution metrics and progress reports for management and clients. Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation analysts within the team. Ensure delivery excellence and alignment with project timelines, cost, and quality goals.

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years of experience in

Test Automation

within

banking / financial services

. Proven expertise with

Selenium, Java, Cucumber/BDD, TestNG, Jenkins, Git

, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience in automation of

Temenos Transact (T24), TAFJ, TAFEE

or equivalent core banking platforms. Strong knowledge of automation strategy design, test framework development, and governance. Experience in stakeholder management, metrics reporting, and cross-functional coordination. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
