Responsibilities:

• Responsible as Test Engineering for SAW Product, plant situated at Chai Chee
• Maintain and fine tune the software recognition program and correlation parameter
• Work closely with Equipment and Production member to ensure smooth production output
• Maintain and update the work instruction, FMEA and Risk assessment record
• Troubleshoot and investigate on the root cause when low yield occurred during test operation
• Prepare weekly and monthly report related to test engineering activity
• Support on yield improvement, cost saving and productivity improvement
• Support Ad-hoc task related to customer return case (RMA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
• Work Experience: minimum 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of test related item: Tester, Test Jig, port configuration and correlation
• Problem Solving methodology: 8D methodology, 3x5 Why Analysis, Fish Bones Diagram and Fault Tree Analysis
• Knowledge in data analysis software: Excel, JMP and Minitab
• Good interpersonal skill, able to lead a team regarding test related matter
