The Test Engineer will be based in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

Direct and/or coordinate electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.

Direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, calibration and maintenance of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.

Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.

Conduct and support Validation activities on Test System/Equipment and/or process setup.

Interface and confer with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.

Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.

Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.

Train and instruct floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as proper problem solving techniques.

Resolve test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.

Coordinate equipment/tester maintenance and repair support as required.

Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

The experience we're looking to add to the team:

Relevant education background

At least 3-4 years of working experience in the similar capacity

Experience in Tester Setup, Failure Analysis (PCBA ), Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and Validation

Experience in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)

Certified in ISO 13485 & FDA CFR 820, Occupational Safety and Health
