An exciting opportunity to join our STF (Seletar Test Facility) Team.

In STF, our Rolls-Royce Test Technicians play a key role in safely & effectively testing our Civil Large Gas Turbine engines.

• Engine rig, de-rig, test support, receipt & dispatch

• Receipt inspection & borescope

• Support engine troubleshooting

• Conduct electrical inspections

• Carry out operator level routine maintenance and asset care

• Ensure the testbed availability through implementation of planned predictive maintenance schedules and total equipment management, working with both the inhouse team and third-party support

• Engine movement within the facility, including the loading of engines on to transportation where required

• Actively seek and deliver continuous improvement

• Support the training and development of new and existing colleagues

• Champion roles \xe2\x80\x93 coordinating specific sustainment or compliance requirements

Key Experiences

• NITEC level qualification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role across Aero Engine Testing, Test Engineering, Engine Test Preparation or Test Equipment / Facility Maintenance

• Good knowledge and understanding of Gas Turbine Engines

• PC Literate, proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and good working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems

• Proficient in the use of the English language; reading, writing, speaking and listening

• Ability to work both as an individual as well as part of a multi-disciplined team

• Quick to learn and be able to deal with ambiguity

• Good problem-solving ability
