Job Description
Our client is a renowned financial institution that provides various services, including personal banking, corporate banking, wealth management, loans, investment banking, and more. The Senior Specialist, is expected to help TMOs with daily tasks, update policies and monitor market condition.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage Branch customers on ISDA negotiation.
- Launch new products, including but not limited to relevant guidelines, SOPs, and system testing.
- Ensure the TMU businesses comply with external regulations and internal control/policies.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing decks, meeting materials and business strategic plans.
- Build valued internal partnerships with diverse functions, stakeholders, counterparties and coordinate the efforts from different departments to achieve business goals, such as launching new financial services or products.
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1-year working experience within the Banking industry, Global Market space (Treasury related)
- Have interest in global markets, including FX and interest rate markets
- Licensed with FMRP and M6 (minimally)
- Be able to recognize issues, think dependently, and come up with solutions
- Possess teamwork skills like listening, communication, conflict management, planning and organizing
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Chinese
