- Handle incoming calls / emails / messages and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services
- Handle outbound calls if required
- Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/ issues in a timely manner
- Available immediately or on short notice
- Entry level candidates with no working experience are welcomed!
- Fluent with English & Thai as this position needs to liaise with Thai speaking customers
- Working hours: 5 days from 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Remote work (Work from home)
- Monday to Friday
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
