Job Description
work under the direction of doctors to assess, treat and care for people who are sick, disabled or injured. Also offer support to patients and their families through the treatment process. Work is in hospitals, clinics, aged care settings and other health care facilities in the community.As a Nurse your responsibilities will include:
- Provide evidenced based nursing care
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety and optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery needs
