Position Summary / Project Description

The candidate is responsible for oversight, operationalization, coordination and maintain the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and infrastructure. As part of this work, the candidate will work with stakeholders and business functions to ensure the effectiveness of third party risk management and governance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be part of the team to lead and develop the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the candidate will develop, maintain and enhance the third party risk framework and program to respond to new and emerging risks and initiatives and adhere to regulations and guidelines.

In addition, the candidate will

  • Responsible in managing risks and controls, maintain the inventory of third parties, information assets and risks.
  • Provide regular MIS reporting and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and business functions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as procurement, legal, information security and technology risk, data governance, business areas and other risks and assurance functions to identify third-party risks (new and emerging).
  • Develop programmes to strengthen TPRM capabilities and drive TPRM training across First Line of Defense.
  • Provide secretariat support for Risk Management Committee meetings
  • Support special and ad-hoc risk projects as required.
Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Degree holder or its equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk management or external/internal audit experience.
  • Experience in third-party oversight / vendor governance will be preferred.
  • Experience in engaging different stakeholders.
