:
a) Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
b) Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
c) Assist in coordinating group tours scheduling.
d) Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
e) Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
f) Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
g) Provide assistance with MarketPlace booth sales.
h) Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in August 2024.
i) Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 6 Months (March 2024 to Aug 2024)
Location: Botanic Gardens
Salary: $9-12 per hour
Working Hours:
Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5pm
