E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and Experience Team is part of the Governance and Experience organization. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. The Service and Experience Team is looking for an Operation Excellence Head responsible for day-to-day operations, driving go-to-market initiatives, defining a global extended workforce plan and strategy, and driving quality programs to identify problems in SOPs and processes. This position will provide key analytical, reporting, and forecasting support for the group and will be responsible for developing reporting and variance analysis regarding weekly/monthly/bi-monthly statistics and provide support & recommendations regarding performance.
