About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and Experience Team is part of the Governance and Experience organization. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. The Service and Experience Team is looking for an Operation Excellence Head responsible for day-to-day operations, driving go-to-market initiatives, defining a global extended workforce plan and strategy, and driving quality programs to identify problems in SOPs and processes. This position will provide key analytical, reporting, and forecasting support for the group and will be responsible for developing reporting and variance analysis regarding weekly/monthly/bi-monthly statistics and provide support & recommendations regarding performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops go-to-market strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiative forward.
  • Focuses on aligning company priorities with excellent day-to-day operations, and lead our future-growth initiatives.
  • Scale up our business globally by driving strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in the preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.
  • Define and build organizational capabilities for extended workforce strategy, planning, governance, operational management, shared services, and management organizations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role.
  • Experience in consulting, delivering advisory services, extended workforce, and vendor management.
  • Experience in program management and ability to manage large, complex programs and drive change.
  • Strong leadership, self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to effectively engage with leadership, facilitate discussions about complex topics, influence, and reach agreements.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and process a high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
