Job Description


:

Reporting to the Group Head of Rewards, you can look forward to contributing to the sustainability of a competitive Group Total Rewards function.

Partnering with the business, you will provide support to develop strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the initiatives under the program.

You will act as the expert to the group\'s entities globally, and provide advice and guidance so that local strategies, procedures and processes are put in place by the entities to ensure operational excellence and efficiency in the execution of the initiatives.

The responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for contributing to and implementing the strategic direction and plans for the Reward area of practice. This includes but is not limited to, program design & development, implementation, vendor management, stakeholder management & advisory and training.
  • Manage total compensation of the Group, which includes but is not limited to obtaining relevant Committees and Boards\' approval on annual increment and variable bonus, new grant and vesting for Long Term Incentive
  • Work with HRBPs to roll out annual remuneration review exercise across different business units and geographies
  • Lead, manage or participate in compensation framework design and execute any new Rewards programs
  • Manage change management relating to remuneration and communication plan to employees
  • As a Rewards partner, provide guidance, coaching and advisory to assigned businesses/ countries/ regions and HR business partners across the Group on Rewards-related topics
  • Collaborate with business and HR to create innovative approaches and solutions to complex and diverse issues when needed.
  • Develop and provide Rewards analytics and insights to advise and make recommendations
  • Review and recommend global mobility practices/policies across the Group
  • Work with respective country HRBPs to manage global mobility program
To succeed in this role, you will be required to have a Bachelor\'s degree and be equipped with a minimum of 8-10 years specialist experience in Compensation and Benefits (consulting and in-house). You would have worked in different industries and/or consultancies, and developed excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a compelling story. You are comfortable with managing multiple projects concurrently and have a good understanding of key trends in Total Rewards.

This role requires very strong cross-team collaboration, executive presence and organisational agility. You must be comfortable partnering with senior business leaders and HR business partners to consult, advise and manage Rewards related matters across a diverse Group of businesses and geographies.
