Job Description
1. Attend to customers' tour enquires and request through phone calls and emails.2. Smooth and fast communication through phone and real-time chat with Korean office3. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.4. Tour guide duties during peak season.5. Create a tour plan, field inspection, and a proposal to provide to the customer.Requirements1. Ability to speak and write in English, Korean and Japanese fluently.2. A tourist guide license with the Singapore Tourism Board (Korean Speaking)3. At least 7 years' of work experience in the tourism or relative field.4. Advanced communication skills and teamwork to manage fast-paced environment.
