Before an offer is given, candidates will undergo child protection screening and will be required to provide a Police Verification Check from their country of residence.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOverall Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations team in overseeing the estate management of the school
  • Assist in supervising of subcontractors, if required
  • Assist to conduct checks on the facilities in the campus to ensure all facilities, such as electricity and power, are in good working condition
  • Assist on responding to complaints by faculty, staff and students relating to facilities and takes corrective action
  • Assist the Operations team in supervising the campus's support officers, cleaners, and security personnel
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the campus and inspects the day-to-day work of the housekeeping staff are carried out in the prescribed format
  • Liaise with the waste disposal vendors, pest control vendors and landscaping vendors to ensure the schedule and scope of work is adhered to
  • Feedback to the vendors on any complaints or areas of improvement
  • Assist the faculty and students in day-to-day requirements, such as the movement of furniture, delivery of parcels, purchase or props and costumes, etc.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining the security and safety procedures, including the conduct of emergency exercises
  • Assist in maintaining order during students' break times in their assigned areas and during dismissal and ensure relevant
Requirements: Diploma or higher 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations preferably in school setting Fully-vaccinated for COVID-19Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $1.00 - $3.00 per monthBenefits:
