Reporting to the Senior Manager of SMT Southeast Asia, the role\'s purpose is to lead and manage performance, develop competencies and capabilities of the TPU and ensuring products are manufactured with high quality, efficiently, on-time, to-specification, in a cost-effective and safe manner.

The TPU Leader is required to provide a platform for collaboration within the area of responsibility and at interfaces with the aim of ensuring overall company vision and strategies are met.

Minimum of 5 years work experience in the manufacturing of electronic devices (SMT, Box-build) in a multinational company with high mix low volume model, of which 3 years leading a team

Good understanding of operational processes (i.e. planning, procurement, transfer new product, processes and technology, SMT warehouse system, capacity planning)
/li

li
Good stakeholder engagement skills (i.e. external supplier of SMT Machines & internal colleagues in other locations as well as with higher management)

Experienced in budgeting and cost management

Experience in ERP system (i.e. SAP/ Oracle) & continuous improvement projects

Job Purpose:
