Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting, preparation, and issuing of sales & purchase contract terms and conditions.
Manage contract fulfillment.
Collaborate on contractual amendments and approval with internal departments.
Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
Uploading of the contracts and tally with trade records.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Business Administration/Shipping/legal-related academic qualification.
Min. 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in oil & gas industry.
Familiar with Incoterms and contract terms.
Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
