This role handles front office daily enquiries related to time-sensitive transactions, end-to-end (from front office straight through to Global Business Services (\xe2\x80\x9cGBS\xe2\x80\x9d) hub), including follow-up with third parties (e.g. custodian, counterparty).
Candidate is required to possess sufficient investment transaction knowledge and capability to make informed decisions.
Candidate is expected to support the Wealth Management (\xe2\x80\x9cWM\xe2\x80\x9d) journey by proactively ensuring any client-impact issues surfacing are smoothly handled and resolved.
The role requires providing guidance to the GBS hub staff from a country perspective, including responsibility for outsourcing governance tasks, eg. update Service Level Agreement (\xe2\x80\x9cSLA\xe2\x80\x9d), outsourcing Global Outsourcing Inventory (\xe2\x80\x9cGOI\xe2\x80\x9d) system, SCBuy, prepare necessary documentation as required in Third Party Risk Management (\xe2\x80\x9cTPRM\xe2\x80\x9d) standard, and respond to ad-hoc enquiries related to service providers.
Monthly reporting of Reconciliation Open item breaks from a governance perspective in the Business Risk Forum as well as key updates from the WM universe in the monthly PvB COO & Ops Huddle.
Monthly reporting of Key Control Indicators (\xe2\x80\x9cKCI) to provide management with information on the controls relative to their desired tolerances.
Monthly preparation of invoices received from various custodians and providing instructions to payment team for processing. This will include reporting of the accrued amount to Country Finance.
Providing support in the mailing of quarterly financial statements and performances of Managed Investment products.
Review and approving monthly Financial Control, Balance Substantiation.
Supporting the Business Risk Management (\xe2\x80\x9cBRM\xe2\x80\x9d) and assist BRM in complaint and incident investigation and resolution.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned per Ops or Business requirements.

5+ years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management operations
Prior People and Team Management experience.
Strong understanding of wealth products including its process standards and operating controls.
Understand business strategy, value proposition and client value proposition.
Deep understanding of processes, processing platforms, operations, service and technology, and ability to leverage on technology and automation, and effective risk management and governance controls including effective compliance controls, oversight.
