Job Description

:

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for price confirmations, payment arrangements, and inventory management.
• Ensure the accuracy of trade data in the trading system through careful input and reconciliation.
• Record trade data accurately and maintain various reports and calculations.
• Conduct checks for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation.
• Help structure and improve business processes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or General Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma & Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in trade support, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with trading systems and accounting software. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and process issues.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
