Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate and negotiate with banks regularly, issuance of L/C’s or bank Guarantees etc.; liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop, maintain and manage good relationship with banks, responsible for financing business/programs;
- Prepare and review foreign trade documents;
- Responsible for relevant data analysis and provide statistics insight;
- Daily documents management and filing;
- Other adhoc as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with Finance/banking background preferred;
- Excellent logical thinking, interpersonal communication and teamwork;
- Problem solver, hard-working, self-driven, ability to work under pressure;
- Proficient in English & Chinese (spoken & written);
- No working experience required, entry level candidate welcome to apply;
- Around 3-month on boarding training in Hangzhou, China (training time to be confirmed due to covid situation).
【单证专员】
Ⅰ 岗位职责：
- 负责各种外贸单证的制作、审核；
- 负责相关数据的统计、分析工作；
- 负责单据等文件的整理归档；
- 负责开拓、维护银行关系及融资业务；
- 其它交办工作事项。
Ⅱ 岗位要求：
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历，财务管理、金融等相关专业优先；
- 逻辑思维清晰，良好的沟通及团队协作能力；
- 踏实、勤奋、有很强的自我驱动力、抗压能力；
- 中英文流利，可以作为工作语言；
- 无工作经验要求；
- 3个月左右入职培训；地点：杭州，中国。（日期待定）
