Trade Finance Officer
Job Description
An established Oil & Gas MNC serving close to 50 markets globally and with annual revenues in excess of US$20 Billion, is currently seeking an experienced Trade Finance Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be working within a team to support the Finance Manager in all financial, accounting and treasury functions. He / She will be responsible for the checking of all trade-related invoices, issuance of LC, BG and Trust receipts/loans. They will also have to work with other relevant departments to resolve any LC discrepancies and ensure the timely receipt of funds for open accounts. Successful applicants will be working within a reputable brand name with a global reach and stable business revenue. REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Prior experience within Oil & Gas / Trading / Commodity industries will be preferred
- Knowledge of incoterms
- Prior experience with SAP will be advantageous
