Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing bank relationships and liquidity management, Co-ordinate and liaising with bank on the company\xe2\x80\x99s trade facilities.
  • Daily online banking payments
  • Cashflow management and forecast
  • Handling finance related tasks including preparation of banking documentation for import/export letter of credits (LCs), collection bills, standby LC, bankers\xe2\x80\x99 guarantee and bid/performance bond
  • Prepare and file relevant documents including bank instruction letters and liquidity position reports.
  • Liaise closely with Trading and Operations Teams to ensure timely securitization of financing and monitor the trade flow.
  • Liaise with other functional groups including traders, operation, risk and accounting teams to resolves Trade Finance & Treasury related matters and provide assistance where necessary.
  • Handle "Know Your Customer (KYC)" research, customer due diligence for new business relationships and customers credit evaluation
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of trade finance experience in commodity trading environment, preferably in oil and gas trading house
  • Prior experience in banking documentation, import/export LC documentation
  • Prior experience in credit/KYC
  • Good knowledge of LCs and Incoterms
  • Hardworking and requires minimum supervision
