Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home. All about the role: This is a Trade Marketing Effectiveness Manager APAC & MEA role. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: 1) RETAIL EXECUTION

  • Lead, develop and coach the county Retail execution teams to (a) deliver a differentiated and delightful brand experience (b) embrace a customer-first mindset, convey the distinctiveness of the brands by creating rich and consistent expressions and outstanding consumer experiences (c) constantly improve the in-store presence
  • Responsible for evaluating and strengthening retail brand experience in malls/channel partners, including partner selection, and in-store/mall location,
  • Develop and execute channel execution plan for different retail formats (Brand outlets, Experience Stores, Taste Centers, and Dark stores) to drive a competitive edge and consideration and conversion.
  • Planning and execution of all visual merchandising activations across all stores
  • Drive retail GTM across all channels to support product launches marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs
  • Lead the production/supplier centralization projects for retail fixtures, POSMs, Signage, and any other common initiatives to drive Business Area synergies, consistent Brand execution, and cost saving.
  • Ensure the rollout of product-specific in-store toolkits & POSM supporting the most important product launches
  • Research, evaluate, and implement innovative of innovative retail solutions for in-store executions \xe2\x80\x93 Live commerce, VR, AR, etc.
  • Measure, Measure, measure every investment made across stores and countries \xe2\x80\x93 Retail Development analysis, KPI management, retail audits & market intelligence
2) LEADING LOCAL MARKETS
  • Work closely with the countries on creating local deployment plans that correspond with scheduled campaigns, new product launches, and local business priorities.
  • Manage and drive Retail Development budget planning, allocation, and effectiveness
  • You will be expected to lead local Markets with tools, methodology, and KPIs that promote consistent retail execution across channels and categories.
  • You will provide feedback and approval to all local in-store designs.
  • Following up on the plans, giving feedback to proposed initiatives, and bringing your ideas will be important parts of your daily work.
  • Constantly measuring and tweaking the expected return across all Instore investments

EDUCATION
  • You should have a degree in marketing, business, visual design, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Other APAC Language knowledge would be a valuable addition
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing with an FMCG, or Consumer Electronics / Home Appliance Brand
  • Experience in working with agencies, printing houses
  • Previous experience in retail analytics and measurement
