Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to support our traders or external clients together with other Operations teams to ensure the optimum operation of OMS Trading Platforms & Venue offered by the firm. You are tasked to ensure Users trading needs are met in a past paced working environment, with regards to different venues jurisdiction and their respective regulation are met. The team also strives to enhance efficiency and the service offered to clients relating to the Derivative Business by way of transformation & process improvement.

Responsibilities

• To support daily Trade Support tasks and duties.
• OMS User creation, limits & setup to enhance clients trading.
• First line of respond to customer trading, system functionality questions and issues.
• Record all Client-related queries to trade support analysis.
• Communicate with traders & client to highlight technical issues.
• Manage client contacts as well as escalation path through issue ownership.
• Ensure & escalate issues to internal resources when necessary.
• Track actively and respond to alerts within trading system. Take control to new OMS software releases and deploy to production.
• Take control to enhance system uptime by keeping track, using change management methods and quick response to any outage.
• Handle circumstances including incident resolution process as well as client communications.
• Develop as well as maintain documentation.
• Aids and provide guidance to teammates where required
• Analyze and enhance current processes to maximize efficiencies
• Collaborate with various team members to accomplish firm goals.
• Provide holiday support when necessary.

• Min 6 years’ experience in Trading Support or other similar roles.
• Excellent knowledge of back office, middle office, and front office systems.
• Orders & Trade flow knowledge, from order entry, execution & till clearing.
• Regulatory restrictions and requirements of Trading venues.
• High level accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiar with ISVs; TT, CQG, PATS, QST, CTS, NEO, TOMS, Integral & IRESS
• Familiar with Exchanges; SGX, JPX, CME, EUREX, ICE, LME, EURONEXT & other major venues.
• Knowledge of Derivative & Equites Market.
• Strong product knowledge in Futures & Options.
• 6+ years Trading Platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Trade Process flows.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to manage and implement multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective task orientated and time management skills.
• Team Player, with collaboration with different stake holders
