Job Description
Title: Trade Mark AssociateJob Responsibilities: . Advise clients on trade mark rights, protection and enforcement . Strategize and manage international IP portfolios for clients . Represent clients in connection with trade mark prosecution and contentious proceedings before the RegistryJob Requirements: . A law degree with 5 years post-qualification experience in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, preferably in IP . Good written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in other languages will be advantageous . Familiarity with local and international trade mark laws and practice and intellectual property in general . Must be meticulous, well-organized and comfortable working with tight timelines . Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated . Able and willing to contribute significantly to business development and building the client base
