THE ROLE
Assist in the sourcing and trading of grains within the regionMaintain relationships with clients and business partners.
Assist in the managing of trading book
Develop and manage a sustainable and cost effective movement of grains for clients (producers/ processors/ industrial buyers)
Assist and support Senior Traders and Directors with new business development administration and projects
Keep track of international market developments and actively seek new trade opportunities
Ensure a smooth execution of logistics in the operations department
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience in grains trading.Familiar in financing solutions.
Strong commercial acumen, as well as established analytical and communication skills.
Appreciation of the long-term nature of our business and ability to develop relationships.
Entrepreneurial spirit along with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a deadline driven environment.
Travelling, if required.
