Trading Assistant

Job Description
Support and deliver LNG trading activities/goals; support the Trading team in executing the trading desk’s strategy and its related tasks; be accountable for the trades and their impact on the profit and loss of the book as well as manage the associated risks with the trades
- Analyse research information and assist to execute trading deals on spot and term basis
- maintain the smooth running of the business by supporting the trading team
- Work closely with legal and facilitate client onboarding with utmost compliance
- Help to create execution and reports – collate information and help to develop a new format.
- Aid on other day-to-day tasks as well as ad hoc projects as deemed suitable
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Business proficiency and fluency in English and Mandarin to manage the respective clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Preferably in international trade operations or graduate with trainee experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
