Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle mainly inside sales activities in steel department.

• Manage the existing accounts and establish new accounts for steel related products.

• Correspond & coordinate with clients, overseas offices and headquarters on daily activities.

• Involves in daily inventory management, planning and process scheduling.

• Handles order processing and daily logistic arrangement request.

• Manage risk management of customer\'s credit lines and stock inventories.

• Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated.

• Monitor payments receivable and payable are all made on time.

• Manage schedule with incoming guests and customers.

• Opportunity to travel within Asia Pacific region to meet/visit customers and suppliers.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline

• Someone with Sales Coordinator/ Inside Sales experiences

• Preferably with working experiences in inventory management

• Preferred to understand shipping documents
