Job Competencies
- To adhere to and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and EduTrust requirements.
- Plan and execute lesson plans.
- Conduct the necessary revision for internal assessment and external examination.
- Implement examinations in accordance with the course outlines.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in the Spa Industry.
- Candidates with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Intermediate Facilitation Skills: Passionate in teaching and nurturing spa industry professionals.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
- Adaptable: High comfort level working in a diverse environment
