Responsibilities: Training Administration Main administrator for all training conducted by Company RTC Training - Average: 160 \xe2\x80\x93 180 Aftersales Staff attend RTC Training per year Sales Training \xe2\x80\x93 Average: 40 to 50 sessions per year (Average: 1 to 3 days per session) In-House Training - Average of 25 - 30 Training Sessions per year To facilitate creation/deletion of TMSi account Update IT dept to create & delete TMSi account for new joiner/leaver(s) Update training attendance. Assign, monitor and measure completion of e-learnings, Knowledge Status Check (KSC) and Voice of Learner (VOL) Update Company records for certification status of all registered training participants. Printing and binding of training hand-out /material Generate monthly training report for RTC, External and In-house Order of training material such markers, flip charts, drinking water, etc. Working on expansion on list of caterers, hotels & training venue, training supplies with close collaboration of Procurement and Finance team. (OVR & GDMS) Liaising/submission to DXC Finance upon approval for travel allowance, training fees, expenses claims & distribution of allowance cheque to participants. Work collaboratively with marketing team for social media outreach via LinkedIn or equivalent on training activities. Company Regional Training Centre Training (RTC) TMSi Registration for Training in RTC for each individual staffs. Mapping candidates to training courses according to qualifications / job scope. Coordinate training schedules to match to workshop operation needs Ensure that participants complete their pre-work and post-work before and after the training Training Approval & Warrant Form preparation & follow ups Travel Allowance Approval Form preparation & follow ups Accommodation, transport arrangement & necessary follow-ups. (Onsite & Offsite) Sales & Product Genius Training TMSi Registration for each individual sales staff Ensure that participants complete their pre-work and post-work before and after the training \xe2\x80\x93 ensure targets by Principal is met. Provide any relevant support / assistance to Asia Trainer(s). Manage and monitor feedback form \xe2\x80\x93 VOL (Voice of Learner) In-House Training Creation of Event and Sessions in TMSi Liaising with ISS cleaners for refreshment preparation, room and other amenities cleanliness. Preparation for Training Feedback Form. Support Ad-hoc requests within team and external stakeholders within Motor group.
