Responsibilities

• You define together with your stakeholders, the Vestas’ Procurement competency strategy, whereon you will facilitate in building the competency framework
• You facilitate the definition of role-specific across Vestas and ensure that a learning and development framework and infrastructure are aligned
• You work with functional and regional leads to ensure competencies are assessed and development takes place
• You are responsible for the continued development of a capacity-building plan for Vestas Procurement in close collaboration with P&C
• Establish the Vestas Procurement Academy which oversees training development, execution and continuous improvement of learning and development
• Organize and implement training and development for Vestas Procurement by closely working with relevant subject matter experts (internal or external) to enable employee development crucial in their current roles to close their capability gaps and aligned towards their aspirations
• Define and implement a set of metrics to track our progress in capability building
• With a standardized reporting and control setup, you ensure to track and continuously improve training delivery, competence, and capability improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related fields
• At least (10) years of progressive experience as a people leader, competency project manager, learning & development specialist or similar position in a large, multinational, matrixed organization
• At least (3) years of experience in competency assessment and training needs analysis to facilitate employee development
• With experience in a training-related role with instructional design and delivery
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other Learning Management System platforms
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective verbal and written communications skills and ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners and work with influence
