ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and implement basic training and development programs to new hires as orientation.
Assist in development of activities and training materials, from workbooks, manuals to power point visuals.
In-charge of preparing progress reports of trainee and provide feedback and endorsement to team manager.
Conduct selected refresher training to existing Sales members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Training / Learning and Development.
Willing to travel to different office locations.
