The Company
Join a large corporation within a transport industry, with more than 50 years of history, as a Training and Development Specialist/Assistant Manager.
The Role
You will be tasked with conducting training needs analysis for employees, designing and developing training programs, developing appropriate assessments, review current training programs, ensuring training quality is up to date and in line with market, providing coaching to trainers when necessary, ensuring training effectiveness and sufficient resources to meet training needs.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent, possess 3 years of relevant experience, have good problem-solving skills, come with analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and good communications skills.
