We are looking for a Training & Quality Executive who believes in delivering an exceptional training experience to drive the success of a business.

The individual is mainly responsible for creating training content and equipping our associates through various trainings, such as onboarding trainings and new skills trainings. You will also be involved in a continuous improvement process by assessing the ongoing performance of the associates and identifying issues and knowledge gaps.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct live and/or virtual training classes
  • Create training/certification programs and update training and assessment materials
  • Conduct training needs analysis by reviewing training feedback and monitoring employee performance to improve the training effectiveness and experience
  • Liaise with managers and/or departments to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Participate in quality calibrations with BPO vendor team to continuously drive their policy understanding and quality result
  • Work closely with other departments to support relevant quality-related needs
  • Stay up to date with the latest procedures and features of the workspace and incorporate them into training deliveries

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of related work experience as a corporate trainer and/or experience in teaching and customer service
  • Experienced in designing and developing training programs across delivery mediums and content types (e-learning, video, gamification, virtual learning, and live classroom)
  • Confident in conducting training with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint) or applications for creating training content
  • Self-initiative to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a strong sense of ownership of tasks being assigned to you
  • Experience with latest e-learning tools & knowledge bases will be an advantage
  • Experience working in a B2C (business to consumer), service, or retail industry is preferred
  • Excellent team player who thrives on a project-driven environment with a strong sense of customer journey impact
