Job Summary
The potential candidate must possess the requisite knowledge and experience in managing the training and development programs for the company.
He/She will manage the planning and consolidating of training requirements and operationalizing the various programs. The scope includes training needs analysis, training roadmap development, competency framework building, sourcing for courses and programs (local and overseas), evaluation of course contents and training vendors.
He/She is also required to manage training administration including managing the training budget, monitoring the usefulness and effectiveness of courses, and training vendors performance. Other responsibilities include continuous improvement in the quality of courses and vendors; and driving training operations to achieve the training objectives and KPIs.
