5.5 Days Monday - Friday: 8:15 am to 6pm Saturday: 8:15 to 1pm, or 1pm to 6pm Beach Road (Bugis) $2200 - $2500 Job Scope: * Responsible for all matters related to enquiries and registrati 5.5 Days Monday - Friday: 8:15 am to 6pm Saturday: 8:15 to 1pm, or 1pm to 6pm Beach Road (Bugis) $2200 - $2500 Job Scope: Responsible for all matters related to enquiries and registration of Training Courses Act as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests Obtain precise customer personal particulars, assist in SkillsFuture applications Check for the course and grant eligibility Complete Classroom Setup before and after each class Call prospective students and HR / Companies to promote and offer our WSQ funded courses Take care of Inventory of Books, Pantry for Snacks Ensure all calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system Provide technical call screening and assign call to the appropriate person Provide best-effort technical advice to customers in a timely and professional manner Assist management in day-to-day operations and office administration. Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required Requirement: Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the Education / Customer Service industry
