Job Description

Job PurposeReporting to Manager Training Office, you will coordinate both internal and external training related matters for Network System Maintenance (NSM).Responsibilities

• Track, manage and report new hires training status till completion
• Organize In Class Training (ICT) for new hires and existing staff
• Closure of ICT and Supervised Field Training (SFT) reports in the system
• Coordinate with departments and SMRT Institute (SMRTi) to organize external training for staff
• Follow up with SMRTi on the closure of external training
• Capturing of staff learning hours in the system
• Monitoring and reporting of Possession Master (PM)/Person In Charge (PIC) license expiry status

• Administer e-quiz and e-test for staff and track till completion

OthersUndertake any other tasks as and when assigned and directed by Head of Department.Qualifications & Work Experience

• A diploma with a minimum of 2 years of administrative and coordination working experience. Training-related experience would be advantageous.
• Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work with various stakeholders and a good team player. Able to work independently, self-motivated, resourceful and organised.
