What do we offer?

During the internship, you will be part of the team who works on smart manufacturing and digital transformation-related projects. You will get the opportunity to build the knowledge base alongside the subject matter experts on topics such as robotics, computer vision, RFID, cybersecurity, digitalization tools such as historian, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) & data analytics tool.

Role & Responsibility

• Support the regional operational technology team by designing and developing training content in the field of smart manufacturing & digital transformation.
• You will be working on training content such as (but not limited to) presentations, web content, videos, classroom training material, etc.
• Engaging both internal and external subject matter experts to understand user requirements and gather necessary materials and insights to prepare the training content.
• Design and create an onsite training program by applying learning strategies.

Qualifications

Skills required

• Self-initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with good communication and presentation skills.
• Coherent and clear written and verbal skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Interested in new smart manufacturing technologies, sustainability, and industry trends.
• Experience with media content creation (web content, videos, animations) will be a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Engineering, Business, HR, Media, or equivalent is welcomed.
• Proficient level with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Able to commit to a 5 - 6 months full-time internship starting July 2023
