Responsibilities Review and coordinate both internal and external training programs for staff development Conduct internal training and new hires induction programs Review Training & Development policies, SOPs to meet various audit requirements Responsible for maintaining an efficient training system with all records updated accurately Liaise with government agency on claims and training grantsRequirements Diploma / Degree, preferably in Human Resources with at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin Team player with good organizing ability
