PANDA Snacks is on a mission to bring delightful, healthy, and exciting snacks to the world -- and we're looking for a passionate Training Manager to lead and develop impactful training programs that empower our teams and support business growth.








Execute training programs to ensure smooth delivery. Handle day-to-day training arrangements, including venue setup, training materials, participant notifications, and attendance tracking. Assist in conducting new hirenonboarding sessions to help employees integrate into the company culture and workflows. Follow up on training feedback and evaluation results, compile reports, and propose improvements. Maintain training records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.



? Job Requirements


At least 1 year of experience in training coordination or related administrative roles (F&B/Retail industry experience is an advantage); Strong organizational and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently arranging courses, preparing materials, and maintaining records; Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at different levels; Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital learning tools; Able to multitask and manage training activities effectively under tight timelines.
