What is your mission?

• Delivering training workshops to both new & existing operational staff
• Overseeing assessments for both new & existing staff
• Producing and preparing a wide variety of training materials
• Offering ad-hoc training support across the operational teams
• Continuously liaising with staff across the operational teams with the aim to provide the highest
• standard of training for all departments
• Working as a team to plan and organize training strategies
• Undertaking long & short term training projects
• Support the Training and Development Manager by recommending improvements to training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevant
• Scope to develop in delivery of training in other business areas
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, graduate of a Bachelor's Degree

• 2 years experience in a training or learning and development role

• Excellent communication skills

• Confident manner and approach

• Ability to understand and deliver presentations for new starters and colleagues

• Confident in making decisions and giving instructions

• Enthusiasm to learn and share knowledge
