Responsibilities:

Assess and identifies necessary learning/training program on each department
Develop and maintains resources for learning and development materials and techniques
Conduct/facilitate employees' training program

Qualifications:

BS degree in Psychology/Human Resources and other related courses
With at least 3-5 years related experience in conducting seminars, workshop, presentation and lectures preferably in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with different training techniques and materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can start immediately
Willing to work in either Munoz Quezon City
