The Training Specialist is responsible for fulfilling the educational requirements of new and existing staff. They will administer needs assessment, gauge skill shortages, and address the organizational needs through tailored training programs. They will also ensure proper documentation of training programs in compliance with our Quality Management and Compliance.Reports directly to HR Manager for Talent Acquisition, Training, and Organizational Development.Duties and Responsibilities To develop and establish standard skill competencies for all job positions. Administering regular, detailed needs assessments in identifying skills deficits. To issue a matrix of skill competencies for assessment needed per department / division. Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training. Identify the training gap analysis based on the results of skill competency matrix. Organize and facilitate training and development interventions such as scheduling, venue, etc... Safekeeping of training materials and devices. Ensuring proper monitoring of training records and calendar of training activities. Conducting new hire on-boarding as scheduled (from meal preparations, venue, materials, etc...) Monitoring and facilitating post training evaluation to check training effectiveness. Providing support to the HR Manager (Talent Acquisition, Training, and Organizational Development) on learning and development of organizational structure such as but not limited to succession planning and quality management system requirement of knowledge management. Preparing monthly progress report related to training. Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.Qualifications Preferably Psychology graduates or any related course. At least (1) year of relevant experience is an advantage. Experience in creating training modules is an advantage. Experience in instructional / learning design is an advantage. Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
