F & B establishment looking for Training Officers - - Responsible to provide strategic expertise for the on-going training development of the leaders & team in a F&B environment. - The incumbent wil F & B establishment looking for Training Officers - - Responsible to provide strategic expertise for the on-going training development of the leaders & team in a F&B environment. - The incumbent will be reviewing Training & Development policies, SOPs to meet company's requirements. - While managing a minimum of 15-20 outlets, will lead his team in creating 'an energetic and exciting learning environment' across the outlets - Ensuring we work toward improving knowledge skills and behaviours that are needed to drive business results and customers satisfaction. Accountabilities: . Define and gain approval for a training and development plan in line with the HR Philosophy & Vision of the Company. Present training budget details to meet desired objectives. . Lead the trainees to deliver proper operational SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence . Work closely with Area Manager to provide support in all functions. . Observe, conduct daily On-Job-Training (SOP) and provide feedback to the respective trainers . Implement SOP checklist /evaluation tracking system and ensure outlet trainers are completing it correctly. . Responsible for the training of all new Restaurant Management Team and certification and validation before posting . Identify and implement any other training needs for Restaurant Crews . Monitors and evaluates training progress of all F&B new hires. . Observes standards in F&B operations. Coaches and guides staff in the areas for improvement based on observation. . Establishes communication with employees with F&B division to seek opinions and comments on employees training issues . Identifies operational issues and provides remedial action with new SOP and /or training. . Establish and implement the process for training needs identification and ensure these inputs are utilized for training initiatives. . Establish and implement methods to assess training effectiveness on the job to gauge post-training skill development of employees and to suggest enhancements in the training approach.
