The Job

• Develops product, soft skills, sales talk guide training content and assessment criteria
• Collaborate with client\'s training team for the development of online training content, tracking of participation rate and tracks certification process
• Executing in-store training and/or on-site coaching for field force team promoters in accordance with client\'s business objectives and defined retail standards
• Manage relationship with client, field force team promoters and retailers
• Select and develops suitable training aids, professional approaches and techniques
• Create and maintain systematic training documentation and records
• Respond and manage field force promoter\'s queries pertaining to training matters
• Identify improvement and enhancement of work processes, policies and plans
• Scheduling and booking resources, manage training attendance
• Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
• To support ad-hoc projects, as requested
