Job Description

Core function is to promote an engaging work environment that stimulates employee efficiency and productivity across all departments. Ensure implementation of annual training plan and review of training effectiveness.

• Ensure that all Jockey stores are manned with qualified and competent promodisers.
• In-charge of sourcing, screening, training, developing and evaluating qualified candidates for Sales posts prior deployment to the stores. Must have the initiative to do sourcing efforts to fill-in store requirements at the right time.
• Plan and coordinate training schedule of new hires. Facilitate company orientation on rules and regulations, brand and product overview.
• Identify skill gaps in the organization by performing training needs analysis
• Develop training program from which the employees can learn new skills and improve their work performance. Develop training modules such as but not limited to customer engagement, selling skills, leadership and similar behavioural trainings.
• Strengthen promodisers' confidence in the selling area by constantly providing product knowledge in coordination with Sales and Marketing Department.
• Conducts after-training evaluation. Performs store visits and checks the performance of sales personnel in terms of merchandising and customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With excellent communication and writing skills. Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Highly organized and dedicated to work.
• At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably supervisor specializing in Recruitment and Training of Sales Promodisers
• Teaching experience/experience in Direct Selling is an advantage BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• Willing to work at Sucat Paraaaque.
• Willing to travel to provinces to conduct sourcing and training (travel expense provided by company).

• Can start immediately.
