Job Description

• Training Specialist shall plan, develop, implement and evaluate training and development programs to ensure management and staff acquire the skills and develop the competencies required to meet the organizational objectives
• Assesses employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas for improvement
• Creates a curriculum to facilitate strategic training programs that addresses specific business needs
• Develops training manuals that targets tangible result
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
• Drives brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
• Performs other related duties as required

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
• With at least 3 to 5 year(s) of related working experience in Specialist of Supervisory level
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
• Attentive to details; highly organized; has exceptional leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Related experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
