Responsibilities:
Great opportunity to join our reputable Finance team and support fee earners in a wide range of transactional finance matters.

• Assist with finance transactional documents, registration, distribution and other document management tasks
• Assist with sale and purchase transactions
• Liaise with transaction parties
• Manage timeline for each transaction/project and ensure smooth operation of the transaction/project

• University graduate with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 paralegal experience from well-regarded law firms; or with 1 year\'s experience in a support role in the Finance practice of a law firm
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an asset
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent team player in a fast pace environment with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Willing to learn and work extended hours as needed
