Pernod Ricard Singapore distributes Pernod Ricard brands in Singapore's Domestic market and more widely in the region via wholesalers. Pernod Ricard has engaged in an ambitious Digital Transformation program to enable high adaptability and full focus on impact and value creation activities. Although spearheaded by Finance, and requiring the function to become faster, more flexible, and forward-looking, this global transformation program will impact significantly other functions and layers of the organization as well as the management of the S&OP and business monitoring in general. This new hands-on role has been created to ensure the focus needed by the Collaborative Business Planning and 'Beyond Budget' implementation. This person will be an orchestrator of a complex process that involves large numbers of initiatives and many stakeholders. He/she will have a dual role of being functional lead and transformation agent. Key Responsibilities: PR SEA - TRANSFORMATION AGENT Support markets in the implementation of Beyond Budget governance - Project Team building - Steerco / CBP meeting - CODI monthly update Explain Beyond Budget detailed design to affiliates CODIs Support the local teams in the change management (planning, materials, trainings, etc ) Ensure the adoption and the mindset change in collaboration with the entities' CODIs Animate the Digital Transformation network within PR SEA entities Share best practices, roadblocks and solutions identified Is a key contact for the affiliates to escalate needs, constraints, and difficulties they are facing Follow up the transformation journey and progress in the different affiliates: deadline respects, planning properly set up and followed, etc Is the key contact point for PR SEA Managing Director (MD) and CFO and PR ASIA on all PR SEA global transformation matters PR SINGAPORE - LOCAL TRANSFORMATION AGENT Organize the Beyond Budget governance - Project Team building - Steerco implementation - CODI monthly update Explain Beyond Budget detailed design to the teams to ensure adoption Facilitate each function to work with a rolling horizon and to successfully manage transition / interim period Deploy new ways of working either designed centrally (e.g. innovation / new product development, CAPEX planning etc..) or locally (e.g. trade & marketing planning) Lead Collaborative Business Planning meetings to ensure efficiency: - Collect required data - Prepare the right inputs (e.g. business cases, ) - Drive arbitrations on key decisions to be made Act as a relay of the Finance Transformation team and as a key advisor to the GM and CFO to prioritize and organize teams' efforts to successfully implement the various initiatives, leveraging the best practices amongst the Region and the Group Define the planning of implementation and ensure the planning is respected Alert CODIs members in case of deviation or any major risk that prevent from reaching the objectives Drive and organise the change management and trainings to allow a strong step up of teams' skills Drive mindset change at all levels of the organization Ensure the adoption and empowerment of each CODI members PR SINGAPORE - FUNCTIONAL LEAD Drive Mandates definition and coordinate growth equation exercise (aligned with regional objectives) Assess the gap and design an action plan: - Governance & Processes - Stakeholders to be included in the transformation Adapt key guiding principles to local specificities (e.g. active planning window, etc.) Define detailed rules to work with a rolling horizon Esp. for finance, ensure teams ability to switch from FY landing mode to rolling forecast Drive capabilities upskilling (e.g. playbook, etc.) In close collaboration with Transformation teams in PR HQ and PRA (Finance Digital transformation team) identify affiliates' needs and constraints to operationalize the global designs of Beyond Budget and Polaris Animate the 'Digital Transformation office' composed by IT JDE expert, Consultant and Fixed Term Contractor Specific Requirements from a Technical and Short Term Perspective Lead Finance 4.0 implementation (and Polaris in particular), and coordinate with all other departments - Instructions to be collected, digested, and adapted to PRS - Planning of implementation to be shared and respected - Work with stakeholders to synchronize operations with Polaris reporting requirements - Management of the flows with other tools o Polaris for Full P&L o Polaris for A&P by project o Adaptive for P&B Co-Lead with Commercial team the Anaplan - Volume to Value (V2V) for beyond budget implementation, and coordinate with all other departments Participate actively to the S&OP process and implementation and improvements in collaboration with the Supply chain team and commercial Build a Data Warehouse, in collaboration with IT teams and other teams, supply chain team in particular: 1. Define Master Data Hub management: o roles and responsibilities in this matter o maintenance of the master data hub 2. Ensure the consistency of the different tools in terms of data Job Requirements: Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent Minimum 15 years of working experience Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Strong knowledge of ERPs (JD Edwards) and other digital tools Excellent command of spoken and written English Personal and Behavioral Skills: Strong exposure of this new position vis a vis PRA, PRHQ, CODI, IT, senior consultants, all departments in PRS, that requires the following strengths: Distinctive skills in understanding big picture & long-term view with their implications in operational roadmaps Strong operational skills in Finance Tech enthusiast who understands the impact of new technologies in the business (AI, dashboards, process automation, data architecture, etc) Self-starter, motivated individual who works independently without need for daily direction Effective communicator who can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and ever-changing environment leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills, in English Strong stakeholder management, both internal and external to develop positive working relationships and ability to lead and work with different level of Team maturity. Agile individual, with ability to continuously adapt to changes, to stakeholders and effectively navigate through ambiguity decide and act without having the full picture learn and appropriately change one's approach in response to new information (Test, Learn and Optimize).
