Role Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for the following key areas:
Manage key internal transformation programs and initiatives in StarHub Enterprise Business Group (EBG). This requires driving projects from initial planning, structuring the program of work, managing execution and governance, and closure of the program.
Be the Single Point of Contact in EBG for initiatives with the Information Systems (IS) division, including coordination of product enhancement requirements, and managing EBG-wide IS related initiatives (e.g. Change of GST on EBG systems, licence management and budgeting).
Detailed Responsibilities:
For EBG Projects:
Drive key internal transformation programs and improvement initiatives, and deliver these as per objectives and scope.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, understand the scope, deliverables, required stakeholders, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives and programs.
Takes corrective action and reviews how issues and risks may impact scope, schedule, quality and cost.
Effectively applies and enforces project standards and methodology.
Provide status reports as appropriate.
Mitigate risks and issues.
Proposes and implements new process improvement when required.
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
Be responsible for implementation of any change management initiatives associated with the programs.
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
Undertake continuous improvement initiatives based on user requirements and inputs from key stakeholders in EBG, or other StarHub divisions which require EBG involvement. Develop the Business Case justification and manage the implementation of these initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
For Information Systems Initiatives:
Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in EBG for any IS related matters on a day to day basis.
Own the process in EBG for Application Development and Operational change and requests to the IS division.
Ensure that all EBG related service requests are complete and any Value Propositions requiring CFO approval are complete.
Undertake continuous improvement initiatives based on user requirements and inputs from key stakeholders in EBG.
Develop dashboards & reports to enable EBG to track resource utilization and financial performance of EBG projects delivered by IS.
Manage EBG-wide IS licences \xe2\x80\x93 including user allocations, budgets and renewal of licences.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree required, and more than 10 years of working experience.
Experience in delivering transformation projects is required, especially where these are in a telco or IT environment.
Change Management experience is desirable.
Certification in either PMP, PRINCE2 or CITPM is required.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
Proficient on MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Attention to detail is a must, coupled with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
