Transport Controller, Land Logistics Division

Job Description
We are seeking candidates for this full-time executive position reporting to our Head of Land Logistics to manage our fleet of vehicles and drivers (Prime Movers and LCL Lorries), by deploying vehicles and manpower to complete daily operations as well as assisting in all equipment maintenance.
Job Scope
- Be responsible for planning, organising and managing operations of the land logistics division.
- Manage a fleet of trucks and drivers to achieve KPI.
- Oversee operational escalation, investigation and prevention action plan on jobs requirement.
- Establish safety and security procedures.
- Have the ability to perform any ad-hoc duties required by management.
Job Requirements
- The candidates should have relevant logistics experience and operational capabilities, and familiar with Singapore Route for transport purposes.
